His mission is to inspire people to prioritize mental fitness as much as physical fitness, ensuring that mental health is valued and nurtured just as much as physical well-being.

Siha Collins

Director of Well-being

Siha is a former competitive athlete and advertising executive who was first introduced to yoga + meditation 20 years ago. After a decade of using yoga to heal sports injuries and cope with high-stress work environments, but still struggling to find balance in work and life, she discovered trauma-informed wellness—and radically shifted her approach to studying and teaching. 

Through her lifestyle brand and community initiative, Yellow Mat Wellness Collective, Siha looks for ways to create greater access to wellness by innovating ways to connect.

As a community educator + wellness experience curator, Siha has designed and facilitated mindfulness experiences for various brands and organizations including Lululemon, Marshalls, Allbirds Shoes, Atlanta Hawks, High Museum of Art, Refinery29, and EssenceGU, and more.

In keeping with her brand mantra “Practice Makes Possible”, Siha pays forward her work by offering free community classes + training volunteers to provide mindful service in local non-profit organizations, schools, jails, and shelters. Coach and Consultant for Mental Fitness through Yoga

Mark is a dedicated yoga instructor based in Arlington, VA, with a profound commitment to guiding students on their journey towards holistic wellness and self-discovery. Armed with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from CorePower Yoga, Arlington, Mark brings over two years of experience teaching in-person studio classes.

At CorePower Yoga Pentagon City, Mark has established himself as a dynamic and engaging instructor, specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga styles. His classes are known for promoting strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness, catering to students of various skill levels and physical abilities. Mark's passion for yoga shines through as he provides individualized attention and adjustments to ensure proper alignment and safety for all participants.
