College Engagement

We understand the unique pressures college students face—academic stress, social challenges, and the demands of balancing personal well-being with future goals. Mental fitness is not just about managing stress but building the emotional resilience, focus, and self-awareness necessary to thrive in all areas of life. Our goal is to equip students with lifelong tools to navigate the ups and downs of college and beyond with strength, clarity, and balance.

Spreading the Mission of Mental Fitness on Campus

Our College Mental Fitness Sprint

Our mission is to foster student-to-student engagement in a collaborative effort to make mental fitness the new mental health. By empowering students to participate in a campus-wide initiative, we aim to promote positivity, mental resilience, and well-being through our app, Inner Journey: Mental Clarity. Our 30-day campus-wide competition brings students together to support one another, equipping them with tools to thrive academically and personally.

Primary Visible Benefits:

Beyond building mental resilience, participants will experience practical, on-demand priming benefits that help them excel in high-stress situations such as:

  • Preparing for tests

  • Priming before study sessions

  • Prepping for interviews

  • Managing other high-pressure activities

Here’s how the “Mental Fitness Sprint” competition unfolds:

1. Wellness meet-and-greet/cook out to Kick Off and Conclude the Competition:

To kick off and celebrate the conclusion of the competition, we will host Wellness Cook Outs for all participants and students. The kickoff event will feature Siha Collins of Yellow Mat Wellness, providing guided mental fitness sessions to help students manage stress and build resilience. Additionally, the Hadassa Organization will foster a supportive environment for student well-being.

2. Unique Promo Codes for Each Organization:

Each student organization will receive a unique promo code and Tapfiliate link to track app downloads and engagement throughout the 30-day competition.

3. Positivity Content Collection:

Organizations will distribute physical cards on campus to encourage students to submit positivity content, such as uplifting messages or affirmations. The organizations will collect and submit these videos.

4. Social Media Collaboration:

For every video submission posted on our social media platforms, both the college/university and the participating student organization will be tagged. We will request collaboration from the college/university and organizations to promote these posts, expanding visibility.

5. Feature on the App:

Select videos will be featured directly on the Inner Journey: Mental Clarity app, showcasing the college/university’s involvement in the mental fitness sprint.
